PROBLEMS THAT ARE ENCOUNTERED IN CONCEALED INSTALLATION WORKS FOR BUILDINGS AND TODAY’S FAMILIAR CONDITION OF CURRENT INSTALLATION TECHNIQUE

 

In today’s world, during the construction of buildings like residence, work place, hotel etc, while the production of installation work through which liquid and gas pass is conducted, concrete is poured and wall plaster is completed respectively or without doing this, installation tubes are mounted over rooms, wet grounds or tubes are mounted into walls by way of opening a channel into a wall. However, one end of these tube ends, through which distribution is made to residence districts, separates from main distribution column tube or distributor collector and the other tube end over floor concrete ground or inside the wall towards the devices which will be installed to residence districts (radiator, cooler, armatures etc.)

 

According to the inlet-outlet tube connection conditions of devices, tube ends to be connected to devices, get out over the floor concrete with bends inside the wall or by way of using different guide turning parts are left open on residence district gaps of 25-100 cm length and installation, tube mountings, pressure and leakage tests are performed or not performed and the first stage of construction is completed and they wait for the completion of other necessary construction works.
